Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered solutions for their Employee Benefits platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the product vision and technical roadmap for AI-powered tools and workflow automation
• Lead the full product development lifecycle for advanced AI systems, including LLM integration and document intelligence
• Define technical product requirements and collaborate with engineering to address AI challenges and improve user experience

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of product management experience with a track record of launching enterprise-grade software products
• A degree in computer science or engineering, or substantial professional experience with technical teams
• Experience managing technical roadmaps and cross-functional dependencies in high-stakes environments
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable product roadmaps
