Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Digital Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, focusing on issue resolution and customer experience
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap centered around troubleshooting workflows and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to implement product strategies and represent progress in key forums

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role with demonstrated ownership at the Senior PM level or higher
• Experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, and PRDs
• Ability to balance user needs and business goals with a customer-first mindset
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
