Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic evolution of their global workforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the full product lifecycle for the EOR SaaS product ecosystem
- Create and maintain a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap
- Monitor global EOR market trends and develop key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, HR Tech, or global workforce platforms
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products
- Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven product decision-making
- Technical acumen to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
