Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Global Pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive global payroll initiatives with a focus on LATAM markets
• Serve as the voice of the user in product decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, ideally in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Payroll systems
• Proven ability to navigate complex problems and develop data-informed recommendations
• Experience conducting user research and identifying market opportunities
• Familiarity with localization, regulatory, and compliance requirements for international products
• Experience working with globally distributed teams, particularly in LATAM markets
