Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and Shared Services to articulate functional requirements into strategic product visions
• Lead the roadmap for Workday enhancements, prioritizing requests based on business impact and urgency
• Launch new product features and experiences, managing stakeholder communication and establishing success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership in an Agile environment
• 3-5 years of experience executing product development within Workday
• 1-2 years of experience in Workday HCM & Recruiting
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end project management
• Experience with SaaS applications and third-party vendor management
