Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager I to oversee the development and implementation of key product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to build and prioritize the HR product roadmap and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Partner with technical leads and engineering teams to refine and build the product, leading operational ceremonies and communications
• Analyze data to identify trends for product improvement and stay updated on emerging trends in AI and product management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a related field
• Proven ability to elicit and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
• Skilled in defining product roadmaps and collaborating with agile teams across multiple initiatives
