Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, People Foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People Foundations product development team
• Drive product development from problem discovery to post-launch iterations, ensuring high product quality and exceptional customer experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful product releases that deliver results at speed and scale

Required Qualifications

• Experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of leading platform products featuring shared UI components and data models
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup or scale-up environments
• Solid understanding of onboarding enterprise customers with large data sets
• Experience building a platform product to support multiple products and various users
• Data-driven product manager with experience setting and tracking goals to achieve results
