Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Back-Office Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document processes and technology needs for back-office corporate functions
• Partner with key stakeholders to improve workflows and data integrity
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into specifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or enterprise applications focused on back-office platforms
• Strong domain expertise in Finance, HR, and Payroll processes, preferably in a regulated industry
• Hands-on experience with Finance/Accounting systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or similar
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional system implementations
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks in financial environments
