Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to drive customer and business goals through product strategy implementation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to maintain the product roadmap and backlog
• Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer success metrics
• Lead agile ceremonies and prioritize product features to maximize customer value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10 years of IT experience, including leading global technology teams
• Experience managing operational and financial budgets, including third-party vendor management
• Experience in software development in an agile environment preferred
• IT consulting experience and familiarity with retail industry preferred
