Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Sourcing Suite on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery for Source, Reach, and Referrals products
Translate customer insights and business needs into high-impact, scalable solutions
Define and track success metrics while communicating priorities across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR tech or data-intensive platforms
Experience building or working with data products such as recommendations or predictive analytics
Comfortable collaborating with Data Science and Analytics teams or using AI/ML tools
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution across teams
A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to complex challenges
