Key Responsibilities

Translate customer insights and business needs into scalable solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to build data-powered features and track success metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR tech or data-intensive platforms
Experience building or working with data products such as recommendations or predictive analytics
Comfortable collaborating with Data Science and Analytics teams or using AI/ML tools
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across teams
A growth mindset with a strong ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems
