Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Sourcing Suite on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery for Source, Reach, and Referrals products
• Translate customer insights and business needs into high-impact, scalable solutions
• Define and track success metrics while communicating priorities across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR tech or data-intensive platforms
• Experience building or working with data products like recommendations or predictive analytics
• Comfortable collaborating with Data Science and Analytics teams or using AI/ML tools
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution across teams
• A growth mindset with a strong curiosity and adaptability to solve complex problems
