Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Sourcing Suite on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery for Source, Reach, and Referrals products
Translate customer insights and business needs into high-impact, scalable solutions
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Analytics teams to build data-powered features

Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in HR tech or data-intensive platforms
Proven experience building or working with data products such as recommendations or predictive analytics
Comfortable working with Data Science and Analytics teams or using self-serve AI/ML tools
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution across teams
A growth mindset with curiosity and adaptability
