Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead integration initiatives in the insurtech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the integrations roadmap to align with product strategy and customer needs
• Manage the execution of integration initiatives from requirements gathering to delivery
• Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements based on metrics

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on integrations or API-first products
• Experience in the insurtech or healthtech industry with knowledge of relevant workflows
• Strong technical acumen to understand APIs, data schemas, and system interoperability
• Experience with integration design, data mapping, and testing processes
• Familiarity with compliance and security considerations in insurance/benefits data exchange is a plus
