Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Loan Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch growth for loan marketplaces
• Own the user experience for customers using Figure Portfolio Manager and Figure Connect
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to align product efforts and analyze workflows for improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management for a loan originator, Fintech, or similar company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in the lending ecosystem and digital marketplaces
• Ability to synthesize complex data and user research for product development
• Strong ownership of product, business, and customer outcomes
