Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager focused on building habit-forming experiences for a giving app and donation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive donor engagement from first gift to lifelong giving
• Assist nonprofits and places of worship in activating and thriving within their first 30 days
• Conduct experiments to optimize conversion and retention at every stage

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience
• 2+ years of experience with consumer mobile apps, particularly high-traffic apps with a 4.4 rating or higher on iOS
• Growth and experimentation mindset with a focus on testing and iterating
• Experience collaborating deeply with UX design teams to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• STEM degree or a Master's degree in a STEM field
