Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Planning & Development Controls (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for features driven by planning rules, zoning, overlays, setbacks, envelopes, and development controls
• Define how site constraints, overlays, and rules are visualized, triggered, and explained in the product
• Collaborate with engineers on data models, rule engines, GIS layers, and multi-jurisdiction logic

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, GIS, AEC, prop tech, or related technical environments
• Background in town planning, urban planning, architecture, building design, or development assessment
• Strong ability to interpret planning schemes, zoning maps, overlays, and building codes
• Experience collaborating with engineers on logic-heavy or rules-driven systems
• Experience partnering with Data/AI teams to validate feasibility and shape intelligent workflows
