Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Opt-In Rewards product portfolio to drive client acquisition and retention
• Manage the financial success and P&L of the product, ensuring strategic pricing and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance business needs, compliance, and product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto, preferably with client-balance products
• Proven track record in managing complex product portfolios with a focus on growth and risk
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong comfort with data analysis, forecasting, and financial scenarios
• Interest in crypto and understanding its user experience
