Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmaps in partnership with the SVP of Product
• Conduct user research and translate insights into user journeys and requirements
• Serve as product owner for the engineering team, managing project execution and delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or workforce-related platforms
• Experience leading product development with engineering teams
• Strong analytical skills to inform decisions and measure impact
• Experience with AI-powered products or recommendation systems is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple complex projects
