Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Payroll Squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for the Payroll Squad
• Lead cross-functional execution in partnership with Engineering, Implementation, Sales, and Operations
• Drive continuous improvements to the payroll infrastructure and build integrations with external payroll systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products
• Strong technical fluency and experience working with engineers on system architecture and data flow
• A strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to prioritize and execute at speed
• Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, or Earned Wage Access is preferred
• Familiarity with client implementation workflows and enterprise integrations is a plus
