Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to oversee fintech and payroll modules, driving strategy and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product modules from definition through launch, creating detailed PRDs
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact and compliance
• Collaborate with compliance/legal to design risk controls and manage stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services SaaS
• Hands-on experience with money-movement products and risk/compliance collaboration
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams
• Good product sense and UX instincts for financial decisions
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data-driven decision-making
