Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact product initiatives from problem framing and research through design, delivery, and post-launch optimization
• Drive complex, cross-functional efforts spanning multiple systems, teams, and external partners
• Own product integrations with external partners, including defining requirements and managing timelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a product management or similar role
• Experience with AI tools and platforms is a strong plus
• Experience conducting or synthesizing user research is a plus
• Background in insurance, employee benefits, or the general pet industry is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
