Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Confluence Creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-infused collaboration and content consumption in Confluence
• Own the scope, execution, and rollout of AI experiences for a global customer base
• Collaborate with multiple teams and leadership to enhance Confluence's creation and collaboration strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Experience in building AI-driven experiences within B2B SaaS environments
• Background in content creation and collaboration, ideally with consumer or startup experience
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products in fast-growth or large-scale companies
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage with engineering leadership and customers
