Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager II - Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the onboarding and activation funnel to boost activation rates
• Drive improvements in activation inputs, including bank and payroll connections
• Design and conduct experiments focused on early lifecycle impact and growth-related features

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of consumer product management experience, with a focus on growth and/or retention
• Experience with funnels, conversion metrics, and experimentation
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making
• Mobile app experience is essential; experience in a regulated industry is a plus
