Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve an AI-powered financial wellness assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI assistant across student debt, college planning, and benefits guidance
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to iteratively ship enterprise-ready features
• Define KPIs, run experiments, and conduct funnel analysis to drive data-informed iterations and improve user outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C or B2B SaaS, specifically with AI-based products
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, including conversational AI and recommendation systems
• Background in FinTech, particularly in financial wellness or personal finance
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with SQL and data-driven decision-making
• Ownership mentality with a focus on driving outcomes and collaboration across functions
