Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Agentic Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and track success metrics for AI-assisted Temporal development
• Build and iterate on a benchmark evaluating LLM performance on Temporal development tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance developer resources and support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in developer tools or experience
• Deep personal experience using AI coding assistants in real development work
• Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to evaluate LLM workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and documentation teams
• Analytical mindset with experience in defining and tracking metrics
