Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will focus on developing and growing products for the health insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the market and client experiences to develop product strategy and identify growth opportunities
• Translate product strategy into a product roadmap and manage cross-functional project oversight for product initiatives
• Collaborate with various teams to drive product launches and ensure alignment with business needs and client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/MHA preferred
• 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with the US Healthcare Insurance marketplace and working with payers preferred
• Self-starter with a proven track record in strategic thinking and execution
• Experience in agile product development methodology and managing product lifecycles
