Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager, Application Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategy, determine roadmap, and manage prioritization for platform capabilities
• Facilitate the end-to-end product lifecycle for development of platform capabilities across the company
• Enhance and expand AI voice & conversational AI capability suite and build toward a Platform-as-a-Service offering

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping impactful enterprise SaaS products
• Technical background in hands-on engineering, data, or analytics
• Experience working with large language models and agentic AI
• Proven collaboration skills across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business
• Willingness to engage in both high-level vision and detailed execution
