Job Summary

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Store Teammate App, enhancing the teammate experience
• Lead product delivery from problem definition to launch, managing cross-team dependencies
• Track and analyze product metrics to measure adoption and business impact, driving accountability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on end-to-end product initiatives
• Ability to use data for opportunity discovery, prioritization, and impact measurement
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong skills in building roadmaps and leading agile planning processes
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and technical constraints
