Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to oversee the Eligibility & Benefits product area in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Eligibility & Benefits product area, including vision, roadmap, and execution
• Lead discovery with payors, providers, and internal teams to understand E&B workflows and pain points
• Partner closely with Engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver E&B functionality across integrations and user-facing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Experience with interconnected systems, complex data flows, or multi-step workflows
• Proven ability to reason across technical, operational, and user-facing constraints
• Comfortable partnering with engineers on APIs, integrations, and data models
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and make defensible decisions in ambiguous environments
