Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Subscription & Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the subscription and lifecycle product surface end to end, including activation, onboarding, provisioning, entitlements, access changes, and maintenance workflows
• Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, API-driven solutions that support customer growth and internal tooling
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities, validate decisions, and measure impact across activation, usage, retention, and expansion

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent experience in platform-adjacent product roles
• Experience owning end-user product solutions tied to subscriptions, accounts, users, provisioning, entitlements, or lifecycle workflows
• Strong understanding of how APIs and large systems work, and how product decisions impact engineering complexity
• Demonstrated experience with product-led growth, from activation through ongoing customer maintenance and expansion
• Experience using product development and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Heap, Pendo, SQL-based analysis)
