Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for worker deployment options, including self-hosted, managed, and serverless execution models
• Drive the strategy for workflow and activity hosting to reduce operational burdens
• Lead workflow versioning initiatives for safe, zero-downtime code deployments

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in compute platforms such as serverless and container orchestration
• Experience in building developer-facing products emphasizing deployment simplicity
• Familiarity with autoscaling systems and resource optimization
• Understanding of code versioning and deployment strategies for stateful systems
• Proven ability to translate complex infrastructure capabilities into intuitive experiences
