Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Chat & Knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for existing Chat and Knowledge surfaces, including Chatbots and synchronous chat experiences
• Build recommendations for product evolution, considering implications for customers, revenue, and pricing
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and clarity on product direction

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience with AI or conversational products, including user-facing AI products or chatbots
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive decision-making
• Pragmatic and outcome-oriented approach to prioritizing and documenting tradeoffs
• Effective communication skills in a remote-first environment
• Availability for team meetings between 10am - 5pm ET at least 3 days per week
