Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead their Onboarding Pod.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the 6-12 month vision for the Onboarding Pod, mentoring junior PMs and guiding cross-functional teams
• Pioneer a new AI-powered onboarding experience and transform the "StyleFile" into a modern, shoppable experience
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand to enhance landing pages and ensure alignment on client success metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex product initiatives and setting strategic roadmaps
• Proven ability to drive results through influence across non-managed teams
• Experience in modern product discovery techniques and integrating client insights
• Strong data intuition with the ability to optimize consumer experiences for high conversion
• Experience with subscription models or e-commerce recommendation systems is a plus
