Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Agent Experiences to oversee the execution and delivery of the product roadmap focused on customer success agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the sales agent experience by developing business models and managing strategic projects

• Build the product roadmap and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of product management experience, preferably in sales or call center agent experiences
• Proven methodologies for product development, including customer-driven innovation and rapid experimentation
• Experience in optimizing agent workflows and building self-service products
• Strong data-driven approach for product prioritization and success measurement
• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus
