Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Work Discovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage work discovery processes across the mortgage lifecycle
• Design systems to break down complex processes into actionable units of work for various operator roles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational models are encoded into scalable designs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in operationally complex organizations
• Strong systems thinking ability to streamline multi-role processes
• Experience working with Operations teams and understanding system impacts on execution
• Analytical and data-driven approach to evaluate system behavior and improve results
• Ability to navigate cross-functional complexities and align diverse stakeholders
