Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management (Individual Contributor) to lead product strategy and execution for a new solution within their AI Lab Operating System.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and direction, defining vision, positioning, and roadmap
• Drive discovery and requirements with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering and AI research partners

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product strategy and delivery for complex initiatives
• Experience building products for clinicians and operational healthcare teams
• Familiarity with EHR integration, particularly with Epic
• Hands-on experience with AI/data products and collaboration with engineers
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and operate in ambiguous environments
