Drive distributed tracing strategy and define APM integrations
Lead AI-assisted diagnostics initiatives and collaborate with customers on incident response

Required Qualifications

Deep expertise in observability systems and distributed tracing
Background in APM/observability platforms or developer tools
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and debugging across service boundaries
Proven track record in delivering developer-facing diagnostic tooling
Experience with AI/ML applications in observability is a plus
