Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own their Operations & Enablement domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal tools for account setup, onboarding, permissions, and billing
• Oversee configuration and template management systems, as well as internal workflow automation
• Enhance customer-facing account and billing workflows, including website self-subscription flows and in-app plan management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS product company
• Experience building internal tools, admin systems, or operational platforms at scale
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Experience working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs
• Comfortable running discovery with internal stakeholders and adapting to a fast-paced environment
