Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Outbound Product Manager for Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Scheduling solutions
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to design and deliver innovative features
• Own the product backlog, define user stories, and guide agile teams in building solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Functional Consultant within the Workforce Management ecosystem
• 5+ years as an industry expert from a major global WFM provider or leading large-scale enterprise-tier labor solutions
• Deep understanding of labor forecasting, automated shift-matching, and compliance engines
• Experience in managing product lifecycle from defining business problems to prioritizing an Agile development backlog
• High ownership, curiosity, and drive to meet customer needs
