Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager I - Instant Cash (Core).

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize core Instant Cash product metrics, including feature adoption and utilization
• Lead the development of new and improved Instant Cash features for enhanced user experience
• Partner with Underwriting and Risk to design user eligibility and credit limit experiences

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer financial products
• Experience owning core product surfaces with significant impact on usage and retention
• Strong intuition for user needs with a metrics-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience collaborating with data science or risk partners on eligibility-related issues
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive complex initiatives from concept to execution
