Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager I - Repayment Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Instant Cash metrics related to repayment and feature adoption
• Lead execution for repayment innovation and improve repayment success rates
• Deliver initiatives to responsibly increase Instant Cash credit limits while balancing user value and risk

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer financial products
• Experience owning core product flows with revenue, risk, or retention impact
• Strong intuition for user needs with a metrics-driven decision-making approach
• Experience working with data science or risk functions
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving complex initiatives from incubation to scale
