Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Driver Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Driver App roadmap, defining strategy and execution plans from onboarding to delivery completion
• Build a seamless driver lifecycle by enhancing onboarding, engagement, and retention through product improvements
• Optimize job discovery and in-app workflows to increase efficiency for drivers in finding and completing deliveries

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in marketplace, logistics, or operationally complex environments
• Proven success in managing user-facing product experiences with measurable engagement or revenue impact
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Experience with two-sided marketplace products is preferred but not required
