Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of product management experience, particularly in personal loans
• Strong understanding of lending funnels and consumer conversion optimization
• Proficiency in data analysis related to segmentation and financial performance KPIs
• Experience in building consumer financial products for mobile and web platforms
• Ability to balance customer empathy with business performance objectives
