Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager II to drive innovation in Ecommerce Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long-term vision for Ecommerce Customer Engagement, including customer feedback and loyalty enhancements
• Create and manage a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer experience goals
• Lead feature development from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring agile practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in building and executing strategic roadmaps
• Prior experience in Ecommerce preferred; loyalty experience is a plus
• Experience in integrating solutions and collaborating with engineering/QA teams
• Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence and agile methodologies
