Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of impactful solutions by understanding user problems through site visits and customer interactions
• Shape and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Define success metrics for new features and measure outcomes to guide product iteration

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS environments
• 4+ years of experience in construction or building construction technology
• Experience owning 0 to 1 feature development from conception through launch
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with lean construction, CPM scheduling, and short-interval/pull planning is a plus
