Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Member Experience to enhance member engagement and retention through product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the member experience product backlog, ensuring continuous improvement
• Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to enhance engagement and retention metrics
• Analyze user behavior and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product development and improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum
• 3-5+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer or patient-facing digital products
• Proven track record of improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and product analytics tools
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration
