Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead transformation in claims management technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for AI, automation, and user experience initiatives within the Complex Claims platform
• Lead end-to-end product discovery, business case development, and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive shared innovation and platform consistency

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software environments
• Deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, particularly in complex claims and operational workflows
• Advanced SQL proficiency for analyzing large datasets and defining KPIs
• Experience with modernizing core operational systems and UI/UX in workflow-driven platforms
• Strong technical fluency, including knowledge of APIs and claims data formats
