Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for growth initiatives, focusing on conversion rate optimization, referral loops, and retention mechanics
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities across ecommerce surfaces and owned channels
• Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve key funnel metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in a B2C e-commerce or marketplace environment
• Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Google Analytics or SQL
• Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps
• Bachelor's Degree required; technical degree preferred
