Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Product Operations for Back-Up Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Product Manager/Owner for a new Team/Squad to support product development initiatives
• Build and govern a central repository for product requirements and documentation
• Define and operationalize a consistent product development lifecycle and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working within Product and with an agile development team
• 3 years of experience with Notion or similar low-code/no-code Knowledge Management tools
• Fluency in the AI/LLM arena is preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional processes and operational systems
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills
